Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for LeadIn Local.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly members can request a full refund within the first 30 days of joining. If you request a refund within this period, your membership access will end immediately.

After the first 30 days, monthly payments are non refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include four coaching calls. These calls can be redeemed during the first 30 days of membership. Each call is valued at one hundred and fifty pounds.

Annual members may request a refund within the first 30 days. If you request a refund, the value of any coaching calls used will be deducted from the refund amount. After the first 30 days, no refunds are available for annual subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the allowed period, contact us at:

Please include the email address used for your account so we can process your request quickly. When a refund is issued, your membership access will end immediately.

How to Cancel

If you only want to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do this at any time from your account page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate your membership.
