These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using LeadIn Local and accessing the membership content. By using this website or becoming a member, you agree to the terms below.

1. Website Usage

You agree to use this website and its content in a lawful and respectful way. You must not:

• misuse or attempt to damage the website
• interfere with the experience of other users
• use the website for any unauthorised commercial purpose

We may update or change parts of the website at any time.

2. Membership Access

LeadIn Local is a subscription based service that provides access to training, resources, templates, and the community group.

Your access remains active while your subscription payments are up to date.

Monthly Subscriptions

A monthly subscription provides access for one calendar month at a time. It renews automatically unless cancelled.

Annual Subscriptions

An annual subscription provides access for 365 days. It renews automatically unless cancelled.

3. Account Sharing

Your membership is for your personal or business use only.

You must not:

• share your login details with anyone
• give other people access to the training through your account
• post login credentials in groups, chats, or shared workspaces

If you need additional access for team members, contact us for approval before sharing access.

Unauthorised sharing may lead to your account being paused or cancelled.

4. Use of Course Materials

All videos, templates, training, text, graphics, and resources inside LeadIn Local are protected content.

You must not:

• download and share materials outside your account
• upload the training to other websites
• pass the content to clients or groups as your own
• resell or redistribute any part of the training

You may use the strategies in your own business or client work, but you may not distribute the actual materials.

5. Payments and Failed Payments

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

If a payment fails, the system will attempt to rebill your card up to three times.
If all three attempts fail:

• your access to the membership will be paused
• access will resume automatically when a successful payment is made

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.

7. Refunds

LeadIn Local has a clear refund policy which applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

8. Community Group Rules

If you join the members only Facebook group, you agree to:

• be respectful to others
• avoid spamming and self promotion
• keep discussions private within the group

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

All training and advice inside LeadIn Local is based on real experience, but results will vary. You are responsible for how you apply the information.

We are not liable for:

• advertising losses
• client issues
• business decisions you make
• any indirect or consequential losses
